unable install windows live messenger

Hi all,
I am running Windows Vista ultimate July CTP. When I download MSN Messenger from the website and try to install it, it says I dont have admin rights. When I go to control panel --> user accounts it shows that I am admin. Any ideas?

I had to save the file to desktop and then run it to work. Directly clicking Open did not work. "Vipin" wrote in message
